Recently I wrote about working from home, or anywhere outside of your office for that matter. After reading another BBC article I realized that while they are benefits to this practice, there are also physiological pitfalls that one must we aware of.
These include but are not limited to having no or limited physical interaction with another person, not having clear understanding of what is really expected such as how much communication is expected and what are the expected daily targets that need to be meet.
